Dr. Gregory Mayfield
Owner, Founder & CEO
Dr. Gregory Mayfield has been a licensed Chiropractor since 1995 and is a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic — known as the “fountainhead” of chiropractic care. With over 31 years of hands-on clinical experience across a 5-clinic network — including PT and MRI centers —, he understands the daily challenges healthcare practices face better than anyone in the industry.
Before his chiropractic career, Dr. Mayfield served as a Police Officer in Radcliff, KY for 6.5 years — responding to auto accidents on scene almost daily. That unique combination of frontline emergency response and decades of clinical practice is what drives MedSiteAI's mission: technology built by someone who has lived healthcare, not just studied it.
Justin Mayfield
Owner, Founder & CTO
Justin is the technical force behind MedSiteAI. He designed and developed the entire platform from the ground up — the AI receptionist, the medical scribe engine, the patient chat system, the website builder, and the infrastructure that powers it all. Every line of code, every AI model, every integration — built in-house.
Growing up in a healthcare family and working alongside clinicians for years gave Justin a rare perspective: he doesn't just build software for healthcare — he builds software that actually fits how practices work. No ivory-tower guesswork, no enterprise bloat. Just tools that solve real problems, built by someone who's seen them firsthand.

A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic (Florida), Dr. Kyle Mayfield leads clinical outreach — bridging the gap between MedSiteAI's technology and the healthcare practices it serves. He ensures that every feature, workflow, and AI tool is grounded in real clinical needs, and works directly with practices to understand what they actually need to grow.
